a) Create a resume containing the qualifications that correspond with the position of the job opportunities. (you will need to dig a little deeper personal assessments)
b) Your summary statement should be specific, be factual, and get to the point.
c) You do not need to include the history of work for too long (Do not include 30 years of your job history, take the last 10-15 years of your job history), because it will bring up a lot more consideration for the reader after knowing the history of your work.
d) You may display the information you will be using including work history, education and/or training, certifications, accomplishments, strengths, etc in your summary. (Put those on separate pages and offer to provide them in your cover letter).
e) Use a format appropriate to the job opportunity.
f) Determine the design of your resume. Do not depend on one page as the ideal size, but prioritizing the objectives to be delivered.
g) Using interest statement to make the reader interested.
h) Although an overview of your education should be reserved for the end of the document, but if it directly relates to your job target, you may place it early in the resume following the opening skill summary.
